HBV is a public procurement function for Sweden’s public housing companies. HBV produces mutual framework agreements for our 360 members, mainly public housing companies in municipalities. We provide framework agreements mainly within products and services related to construction, renovation and management of properties.
With more than 40 framework agreements we facilitate our member companies to manage and develop housing for their tenants on a daily basis.
